-Which is the method of payment?

Our payment method at the moment is PayPal, Visa,  Credit card, ATH Móvil, and Apple pay

-What would be the method of contact?

You can communicate through Gmail, Messenger, Whatsapp, Telephone.

-What would be the delivery or shipping method?

The Puerto Rico Postal Service (USPS), the average delivery will be between 4-6 business days. Deliveries will be made from Arecibo, Puerto Rico. If applied an agreement between the client and J|R [V]ibes can be made within 2-3 day before delivering the item, or items.

-Do you offer the option of next day or 2 day shipping? What day are the packages sent?

Due to our job completion process and the way we customize each order, the fastest delivery option available is 4-6 business days. Shipments will be made on Fridays. If you’re located in the EEUU it might take 6-12 business days depending on the state it is delivered.

-Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipments are made to Puerto Rico and the United States.

-What is the Services process?

The Services process will be made through a communication between the client and J|R [V]ibes. All Services, designs, production, and/or other agreements are completely made by the parties working with our company, as well with the client. We are always ready to do it with excellence so that your brand or design is exalted.
